I have recently completed my First Aid with Lance and Paula through work and all I can say is that I was dreading it from past experiences of First Aid. For something so important it has been taught in a way that isn’t visual enough but Lance really goes out of his way to show the importance of First Aid and also get you up and involved so that you have the understanding behind every detail. He made me very comfortable talking about my seizures and disorder and took the time with every member of the group to really get to know them over the 3 days. Both Lance and Paula had a great sense of humour and I didn’t stop laughing for the entirety of the course. Would only recommend this company from now on.

The course was very informative and the instructor gave some great advice from a long career. The instructor was very engaging to each of us and was open to questions and offered real world situations for each technique shown. This along with the general humour made a lot of the information sink in better than just raw info/techniques.

I attended the one day First aid course. I have to say it is the best one I have attended over the years. I came away feeling that I learnt so much. Lance was excellent in providing the invaluable knowledge/ skills and training required.
