Lance Bonner, the instructor was very good at communicating the important aspects of First Aid in a way which everybody could understand and relate to, injecting humour where appropriate to add a lighter side to what is an important subject. I found the two days refresher course went by very quickly and the assessors were conscious of people being nervous and allowed for that within the assessment. I found the whole experience rewarding and would recommend the course to others.

The course was very informative and the instructor gave some great advice from a long career. The instructor was very engaging to each of us and was open to questions and offered real world situations for each technique shown. This along with the general humour made a lot of the information sink in better than just raw info/techniques.

I attended the one day First aid course. I have to say it is the best one I have attended over the years. I came away feeling that I learnt so much. Lance was excellent in providing the invaluable knowledge/ skills and training required.
