We recently attended the 3 day first aid at work course. Lance Bonner the
trainer went over and above what was required for the course, he used a good
balance of factual information with his own personal experiences in this
area.
Lance also has the ability to make you feel at ease as do the assessors

The course was very informative and the instructor gave some great advice from a long career. The instructor was very engaging to each of us and was open to questions and offered real world situations for each technique shown. This along with the general humour made a lot of the information sink in better than just raw info/techniques.
